A Decade Downtown
In August 2016, we opened our doors on St. Paul Street. A decade later, we’re still here, still finding people their perfect pair, and just as happy to see you walk in. This October, we’re celebrating with a week of thank-yous, an anniversary sale, and a few prizes along the way.
Ten years ago, Nicola Eye Care moved into our home on St. Paul Street
This move gave us more space, new technology, and a much better view of downtown Kamloops. Since then, we’ve fit thousands of Kamloops residents for their next favourite pair of glasses, caught things other exams missed, and gotten to know a lot of people’s kids, dogs, and coffee orders along the way. This month is about saying thank you to the community that’s trusted us with their eyes, and their eyewear, for a decade. Same corner, same team, still genuinely excited every time someone finds the right pair.

Come Celebrate With Us
We’re located at 101-286 St. Paul Street in downtown Kamloops, BC. We’re open Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, and closed on Canadian statutory holidays.
Eye exams require an appointment, book online through our patient portal or call us at (250) 374-2441. If you’re shopping for frames, picking up glasses, or need an adjustment during anniversary week, walk-ins are always welcome.

Anniversary Sale FAQ
Does the sale apply to lenses on an existing prescription, or only new orders?
Yes. The 15% discount applies to lenses whether you’re replacing lenses in a frame you already own or ordering a complete new pair.
Can the sale be combined with insurance coverage?
Yes. Your anniversary discount and any extended health benefits can both be applied. The discount is applied at the time of purchase, and your extended benefits are billed when you pick up your order.
Is Maui Jim excluded from everything, including sunglasses lenses?
Yes. Maui Jim is excluded from the anniversary sale entirely, including frames, sunglasses, and replacement lenses.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in during the sale?
Eye exams require an appointment, which you can book online or by phone. Walk-ins are always welcome for glasses shopping, adjustments, and pickups, which covers most anniversary sale visits.
Does the discount apply to contact lenses?
No. The anniversary discount doesn’t apply to contact lenses
